Introduction:
For the electrical engineering profession, it is important to work safely. Accidents and incidents must be prevented.
This course teaches you as an adequately trained person what the competence requirements are and how to deal with them. To achieve this, we follow the guidelines of Stipel (Stichting Persoonscertificatie energietechniek) and the corresponding section(s).
As a suitably trained person, this course teaches you how to work safely in the electrotechnical industry to reduce the risk of accidents.
The course concludes with an exam. As an employer, you want to be able to rely on the expertise of the people you work with. That is why we have an independent examination agency that administers the exam for us. These are under the control of DEKRA Person Certification. We believe that only in this way will your certificate also have the value as you should expect.
Content:
Theory
Become familiar with the laws and regulations as intended by the Working Conditions Act. Recognize unsafe situations and act appropriately to prevent further dangers. Systems and (Safety) Chains Dangers of electricity to humans, electrocution and electric arcs Controls and safety measures
Practice
Limited operating actions to secure a system or part thereof. Work safely on or near a low voltage electrical installation. Using tools and or personal protective equipment (PPE).
